I founded ACT Law with one thing in mind: you. I offer a client-centered approach to my practice and you will be my focus from the first day you walk in my door through the conclusion of your case.

I began my career as a public defender then a private criminal defense attorney allowing me to bring a breadth of practical experience and realistic wisdom to each case. I recognize when it’s necessary to use a soft approach, and alternatively, when a more aggressive tactic is required.

It’s all about getting the best outcome for my clients, which is my number one goal. And when going to trial is the only option for getting the justice you deserve, you can be assured that I have the trial experience to provide the best legal representation you can find.

One of the biggest complaints I hear about other law firms is that clients can’t get ahold of their attorneys. At ACT Law I promise that your calls won’t go unanswered, voicemails will be returned, and I will respond to every email you send. Legal troubles don’t just happen in a 9:00-5:00 bubble.
